Roadmap

What we're building, in the open.

Here's the real plan — what's underway, what's next, and what we've deliberately pushed later. It's a sequence of what unlocks what, not a calendar. We ship when it's stable.

A sequence, not a schedule · ships when stable · GA targeted 2027

Sequence, not schedule

Phases are ordered by what unlocks what — not by calendar dates. Earlier work has to land before later work makes sense.

We ship when it’s stable

Reliability and depth over hitting a date. We're targeting general availability in 2027, but there is no committed launch date.

Built in the open

This reflects where things stand today and will change as we learn. We’d rather show you the real plan than a marketing one.

The plan

Six phases to general availability

Each phase builds on the last. Status reflects where things genuinely stand today — not where we wish they were.

1

Foundations

Building now

The multi-tenant PM core the rest of the product stands on.

  • Multi-tenant web app + AppShell
  • Magic-link auth, roles & permissions
  • Projects, tasks, board & list views
  • Comments & activity feed
  • Postgres RLS tenant isolation
2

Tracking core

Building now

The differentiator — a desktop work tracker that captures what actually happened.

  • Desktop work tracker (macOS, Windows, Linux)
  • Opt-in screenshots + idle auto-pause
  • Anonymized activity signals
  • Work-log capture → draft time entries
3

Planning depth

Up next

The planning surface software teams and agencies expect, plus the integrations work lives in.

  • Sprints, backlog, timeline & gantt
  • Custom workflows, fields & approvals
  • Dashboards & reports
  • GitHub, GitLab, Slack & Teams
  • Jira import
4

Hardening for GA

Before launch

The trust and scale work that has to close before a public launch — no shortcuts.

  • Independent third-party security audit
  • Data Processing Addendum + data residency
  • SSO (OIDC/SAML) & SCIM
  • Audit-log export
  • VDP / bug bounty
  • Load testing + chaos drills
5

AI surface

Later · deferred to ~2027

A native AI layer for planning, status and search — deliberately deferred until the core earns it. Not a bolt-on chatbot.

  • Standup digests & smart estimates
  • Risk detection
  • Semantic search & RAG
  • Sprint copilot
6

HR depth

Later

Minimal HR ships with the PM core today; deeper HR and a payroll register come later.

  • Minimal HR (directory, leave, performance, admin, time policies) — ships with PM
  • Payroll register — planned 2027 (a register, not a tax engine)
  • Out of scope: benefits, ATS, full ESS/MSS, expense, billable invoicing, shifts

Public launch only happens after Hardening for GA closes — compliance, SSO/SCIM, and the load & chaos work all done, not promised.

Deliberately not building

What's not on the roadmap

A roadmap is also a set of nos. These aren't oversights — they're stances we don't intend to walk back.

Self-host / on-prem

SaaS only. One platform we can keep fast, reliable and secure for everyone on it — not a sprawl of installs to chase.

Per-seat pricing

Flat per workspace, always. Adding a teammate or a client will never quietly inflate your bill.

A full HRIS

Minimal HR by design. Benefits administration, ATS, full ESS/MSS, expense, billable invoicing and shift scheduling stay out of scope.

An AI gimmick

When AI lands (later), it’s a native surface that does real work — never a bolt-on chatbot bolted onto a sidebar for the demo.
